1. Returns
1.1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2. Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
1.3. Discount Code Returns
Items purchased using a discount code are not eligible for refunds. You may, however, exchange the item for another product or store credit.

Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials

4. Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase or opt for an exchange.
5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
